ADDRESS OF RECORD CHANGE

Changes to a bar member's firm name, business, home address, phone, fax number and e-mail may be made in  one of two ways:

Fax — Print out the Address Change Form. Fill out the form, sign it and fax to:

702-382-2075

Mail — Print out the Address Change Form. Fill out the form, sign it and mail to:

The State Bar of Nevada

Membership Records
600 E. Charleston Blvd.
Las Vegas, NV 89104

Every member of the State Bar, including active, nonresident active and inactive members, must maintain a public mailing address and telephone number with the State Bar (see SCR79). All members must immediately advise the Member Services Department of any change in address or be subject to a $150 fine. The fine will be imposed if this change is not made within 30 days. Please be informed that this address may be released to the public, so choose your SCR 79 address carefully. The State Bar allows an alternate mailing address as long as the SCR 79's address is on file with State Bar. Further, the State Bar may send notices relating to State Bar operations to members via facsimile transmissions unless instructed otherwise by the member. Please make any address changes or additions on the Address Change Form.
