Instructions for requesting a
Certificate of Good Standing
In order to receive a Certificate of
Good Standing (usually required for admission to other
jurisdictions) complete the
required form along with a check or credit
card information with the $25 amount (payable to the State Bar of
Nevada) to:

Certificates
Requests for certificates must be made
in writing (see form above for details). Please
include the bar number to ensure the certificate is for the correct
person. The certificate cannot be faxed, but will be mailed within
2 to 5 working days of receipt of the request. You can shorten mailing
time by using overnight mail service and including a prepaid
overnight return envelope.
Discipline Letters
If you are applying for admission in
another state, you may be asked to provide information regarding whether
complaints or grievances have been filed against you. These
letters may only be obtained by request in writing directly to the
Discipline Department.
Nevada Supreme Court
Certificate
Some jurisdictions (the U.S. Supreme
Court) require a certificate from the Nevada Supreme Court. These
may be obtained from the State Bar by completing the
required form and submitting
a check or credit information for $25. Send your request and payments to:
