Duplicate Materials

Bar Card

2010 Bar cards will be automatically mailed to an attorney's address of record following payment of annual membership fee and submission of all required forms Please allow 2 - 5 days for mailing.

2010 bar cards will be available through December 31, 2010. To obtain a replacement card please call the Member Services Department at 702-317-1430 or 800-254-2797, there is no charge for this.

Duplicate Invoice Statement

Duplicate invoices may be requested by e-mail or fax listed below and will be sent within 2 - 5 working days of request. Duplicates may be sent only to the member's address of record.
