Family Law Section approved as a Certifying Organization (June 2006).

Nevada attorneys may communicate up to three  (3) specialty areas of practice, provided the certifying organization is approved and certain conditions precedent are met as set forth below.    (See FAQs below).

Conditions precedent apply prior to communication of a specialty.   See amended RPC 7.4(c).    

 

Pursuant to Governing Rule # 3,  the Board of Governors reciprocally approves all Certifying Organizations that are currently ABA approved.

Please note that certify organizations which are not ABA approved may petition the State Bar Board of Governors for approval. See RPC 7.4A and  the Board of Governors Governing Rules.
