Editorial Submissions

Nevada Lawyer welcomes the submission of unsolicited article outlines, manuscripts and photographs on topics of interest to the State Bar of Nevada and its members. When possible, completed articles are preferred to outlines or proposals. Please submit queries or articles to nvlawyer@nvbar.org. Your work will be fully attributed to you, the author or photographer.

Guideline highlights:

• Unsolicited submissions should be 1,500 words or less.
• Please keep endnotes to a minimum - 10 or less.
• Articles authored by Nevada attorneys are strongly preferred.
• All article submissions must be accompanied by a signed copy of our Copyright Assignment Agreement.

Deadline for substantive article submissions is three months prior to the issue date (in most cases, timely or urgent submissions will always be considered). Non-feature and advertising items should be submitted by the first of the month prior to publication.
