About the Speaker
Mark
A. Drummond is a
Circuit Court Judge for the 8th Circuit of Illinois. He is a Program
Director-at-Large for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. He has
taught trial skills nationwide and was with the first team to train the
prosecutors at the International War Crimes Tribunal in The Hague and
Tanzania.
