ViewRules Regarding Judicial Councils Amended and new Rule Regarding Vexatious Litigants Added
On November 13, 2012, the Nevada Supreme Court issued ADKT 481, which amended Supreme Court Rules 7.5, 8 and 9 and created rule 9.5. The amended rules pertain to judicial councils and the new rule pertains to the listing of vexatious litigants.
The amendments, as well as the new rule, go into effect on December 13, 2012.
