Purpose: To increase the knowledge of active members of the Section and the State Bar in all areas of technology used in the practice of law; to study existing and future technology as it pertains to the practice of law; to encourage and sponsor publication of videos, computer, audio and written materials and publications; to conduct, assist and encourage public and professional educational programs; to recommend changes in the practice of law in accordance with the policies of the State Bar of Nevada; and, to act upon all matters germane to its purposes as so described or referred to it by the Board of Governors.
