Supreme Court Adopts Statewide Rules of Criminal Practice On Tuesday, December 29, 2020, the Nevada Supreme Court filed an order in ADKT 0491 adopting statewide rules of criminal practice. The new statewide rules of criminal practice will become effective March 1, 2021. For more information, see ADKT 0491.
