Appellate Courts to Schedule Oral Arguments by Remote Means
On Monday, April 20, the Nevada Supreme Court issued Administrative Order AO-0015, announcing that the appellate courts are now preparing to schedule oral arguments in individual cases by videoconferencing or other remote means.
The court clerk will send out scheduling notices in the individual cases. In addition to setting the date and time for argument, the scheduling notice will include information that counsel will need to remotely participate in argument.
Except as may be ordered in a particular case, no in-person attendance at oral argument will be permitted until further notice.
