License renewal fees and disclosures are due January 1st each year. Late fees will append March 2nd at 12:01 a.m.

Active Member License Renewal Fees

Active, admitted in any jurisdiction less than 5 years  $250

Active, admitted in any jurisdiction 5 years or more*  $450

Federal Judges   $100

State Judges pay the equivalent to an active member of comparable longevity.

*This is calculated from the first calendar year you were admitted in any jurisdiction.

Inactive Member License Renewal Fee

Inactive $125

Limited Admissions

Certified attorneys pay the equivalent to an active member of comparable longevity.

Changing your license from Inactive to Active

Submit the request form along with payment and the SCR 78.5 Certification of Compliance and Consent (trust account disclosure) available here. Contact Member Services, 702-382-2200, with any questions as required forms will differ depending on your current license status.

 

Changing your license from Active to Inactive

March 1st each year is an extremely important date to keep in mind. Transferring from Active to Inactive after March 1st will result in the Active license renewal fee being due. Submit the request form along with payment, if you haven’t already paid, prior to March 1st. Contact Member Services, 702-382-2200, with any questions.

 

Annual Disclosures

Individualized disclosures are available by logging in to your account. Do not share your personalized disclosures with other attorneys as they are bar coded to your specific account. You may submit the data electronically or print them from you dashboard. Additional blank disclosure forms may be printed from our Library of Forms page.

  • SCR 79 Professional Liability Insurance (This is not state specific, please report insurance you carry regardless of the state.)

  • RPC 6.1 Mandatory Report of Pro Bono

Certificates of Good Standing

Members may order certificates from the State Bar and the Supreme Court. Both types may be requested here. Certified attorneys may only request a certificate from the Bar.
