Proposed Temporary Eviction Mediation Rules Available for Public Comment
On Tuesday, September 29, 2020, the Nevada Supreme Court issued an order in ADKT 0567 that includes a copy of proposed Temporary Residential Summary Eviction Mediation Rules, which can be found in Exhibit A of the order. The court anticipates entering an order to adopt the rules on October 6, 2020.
Prior to that date, the court invites written comments regarding the proposed rules. Comments must be submitted no later than noon on Oct. 5, 2020, and may be sent electronically or in hard copy format to:
