Revisions Approved for Standardized Forms for Protection Orders
On Thursday, June 4, 2020, the Nevada Supreme Court issued an order in ADKT 0269 approving revisions to the standardized protection order forms used for domestic violence cases in all Nevada courts. Copies of the forms can be found in Exhibit A of the ADKT. The order becomes effective July 4, 2020.
